That sounds like a pretty long job description at first. I know.

And yes, I am often asked if I am not preparing for one thing I want to concentrate on what I like doing most.

My answer is: No. Because I love exactly this combination.

I am a curious A human being through and through. I'm fascinated by what drives people, how business and politics shape our reality, which innovations shape our future – and how to communicate and sell convincingly.

Because that's exactly where my strength lies: making complex content understandable, building trust, creating impact – be it on stage, in front of the camera or in personal conversation.

Or, to put it bluntly:
I make people and brands shine.

My path – between stage and business

Even as a child I liked the SpecialWhile others were learning musical instruments, I practiced hula hoop and handstands at acrobatics school – and discovered early on my joy in performing and presence.

In addition to my high school diploma and tourism studies, I worked on catwalks, in front of cameras, at trade fairs and at the 2006 FIFA World Cup – but also in the clean room of a chip factory and in the office of a real estate agent.

I learned early on to earn my own money and to move in different worlds – Stage and Business were never opposites for me.

At the latest in Australia I realized:

I'm good at selling!

During my work and travel program, I became the best sales representative in door-to-door sales for green energy in Sydney.

Back in Germany, I started working in tourism sales, organizing large conferences and weddings as an event manager for a 5-star hotel. Then I moved from my hometown of Dresden to Stuttgart and quickly climbed the ladder of success as a headhunter in the finance and HR sector in a tough, KPI-driven sales environment. 

Later, I took over the development of the entire sales department in a management consultancy in the accounting, digitalization and M&A sector – from strategy to team management – and developed modern approaches for B2B sales, especially for consulting services that require explanation.

The step into self-employment

What I always liked most: presenting, moderating, winning people over – be it in workshops, webinars, pitches or at employee and customer events.
The stage never went away. It simply shifted into the corporate world. ☺

Finally, I dared to take the step into the independence – with the goal of turning my passion into a career.

Today I work full-time as Business & Event Moderator, Speaker and advertising model and combine everything that makes me who I am!

Learning is a common thread throughout my life:

A high school diploma with a grade of 1, an apprenticeship as an international tourism assistant with a grade of 1.0, and a part-time tourism degree, which I completed as the best in my class, were just the beginning.

What drives me to this day is the conviction: Competence does not arise on its own – it is a conscious decision. 

That's why I continuously educate myself – through mentoring, specialist events, coaching, books, podcasts and targeted training courses.

Personally, I am full of joy and enjoy life

I'm a foodie through and through. I love food—from my mom's home cooking to Mexican street food to gourmet dinners with a good glass of wine.
I also enjoy deep conversations, yoga, good podcasts, books and music – anything that inspires and moves me.

For me, traveling is more than relaxation and enjoyment – it is lived curiosity.
Whether on safari in Africa, cooking with locals in Mexico or hiking through the South Tyrolean mountains – I love experiencing new cultures and gaining fresh perspectives.

I value humor and spontaneity as much as efficiency, determination and clear decisions.

And because I like to give something back, I also do volunteer work from time to time – e.g. B. for TEDxStuttgart, the Startup Stuttgart eV and MakersLeague Esslingen eV as well as in the German Speakers Association.
I love being part of networks where people come together, support each other, and help each other progress.
