For me, moderating means more than just announcing program items. It's about..., real connection<\/strong> to create: between stage and audience, between speakers and content, between companies and guests.<\/p>

Especially with complex topics, HOW we communicate is crucial. Because what counts is not just what is said, but how it is received by the other person.<\/p>

Whether in a personal conversation on stage, during an interview with a keynote speaker, or in the midst of a lively panel discussion: I ask the right questions, listen actively, and create Room for impact<\/strong> \u2013 in terms of content and emotion.<\/p>

My experience shows that events have a lasting impact when People feel truly included<\/strong>. This requires a lot of preparation, empathy, and the ability to make even complex content accessible \u2013 without losing depth.<\/p>
